Can I migrate a save from another host? +
Yes — upload your save folder via the file manager on the service detail page, then restart the server.
How fast is provisioning? +
Around 30 seconds from payment to a running server.
Can I resize later? +
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if my payment fails? +
Your server keeps running for 7 days while we retry. Update your payment method from the service page and the next retry will succeed.
