Hoe snel wordt je server klaargezet? +

Na de checkout wordt je server automatisch klaargezet. De verbindingsgegevens verschijnen in je dashboard zodra hij live is, en we sturen ze ook per e-mail.

Kan ik later upgraden of downgraden? +

Ja, bij een maandabonnement kun je in je dashboard naar een grotere of kleinere tier overstappen. Upgrades gaan meteen in en worden naar rato verrekend; downgrades gelden vanaf je volgende verlenging.

Hoe worden back-ups geregeld? +

Je kunt op elk moment back-ups maken in je dashboard en ze zelf downloaden of terugzetten.

Wat gebeurt er met mijn data als ik opzeg? +

Je gegevens blijven na het einde van je dienst 7 dagen bewaard, zodat je opnieuw kunt activeren. Daarna worden ze definitief verwijderd, een volledige export is altijd met één klik in je dashboard te maken.

Bieden jullie DDoS-bescherming? +

Ja, always-on DDoS-bescherming op netwerkniveau zit in elk plan.

How many players can a V Rising server hold? +

Up to 40 - the maximum Stunlock recommends for a stable world. Pick Starter for solo play or a small group, Standard for groups up to around ten, and Clan for ten or more.

Can I switch between PvP and PvE? +

Yes. Choose a game-settings preset - Standard PvP, PvE, Duo, Hardcore and more - at checkout, or change it from the in-game admin tools after the first boot. Changing the preset later starts a fresh world.

Can crossplay or console players join? +

Yes. Your server is listed on both the Steam and Epic (EOS) server lists by default, so PC and crossplay players can find and join it. We host the standard V Rising dedicated server, not a separate console product.

Can I run mods? +

Yes. V Rising mods use BepInEx (from Thunderstore). Upload the mod files through the file manager on your service's detail page - there is no separate mod manager to configure, and third-party mod compatibility is up to you.

Can I move an existing V Rising world over? +

Yes. Upload your save folder through the file manager on the service detail page and restart the server.

Do I need to keep my PC running? +

No. Your world runs on our always-on dedicated server, so your group can keep playing even when you are offline.
