How fast is provisioning? +

After checkout your server is provisioned automatically. Connection details show on your dashboard as soon as it is live, and we send them by email too.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later? +

Yes, on a monthly plan you can switch to a bigger or smaller tier from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply from your next renewal.

How are backups handled? +

You can create backups from the dashboard at any time and download or restore them yourself.

What happens to my data if I cancel? +

Your data is preserved for 7 days after your service ends so you can re-activate. After that it is permanently deleted, and a full export is one click from the dashboard at any time.

Do you provide DDoS protection? +

Yes, always-on network-level DDoS protection is included on every plan.

How many players can a V Rising server hold? +

Up to 40 - the maximum Stunlock recommends for a stable world. Pick Starter for solo play or a small group, Standard for groups up to around ten, and Clan for ten or more.

Can I switch between PvP and PvE? +

Yes. Choose a game-settings preset - Standard PvP, PvE, Duo, Hardcore and more - at checkout, or change it from the in-game admin tools after the first boot. Changing the preset later starts a fresh world.

Can crossplay or console players join? +

Yes. Your server is listed on both the Steam and Epic (EOS) server lists by default, so PC and crossplay players can find and join it. We host the standard V Rising dedicated server, not a separate console product.

Can I run mods? +

Yes. V Rising mods use BepInEx (from Thunderstore). Upload the mod files through the file manager on your service's detail page - there is no separate mod manager to configure, and third-party mod compatibility is up to you.

Can I move an existing V Rising world over? +

Yes. Upload your save folder through the file manager on the service detail page and restart the server.

Do I need to keep my PC running? +

No. Your world runs on our always-on dedicated server, so your group can keep playing even when you are offline.
