Yes — you can convert any active subscription to a 24-month one-time purchase from the dashboard. We credit the unused portion of your current billing cycle automatically.

Yes. Resize CPU, RAM and disk live from the dashboard — most resizes complete during a brief restart. Subscription plans pro-rate the difference automatically.

Yes — upload your modpack as an archive through the dashboard or via SFTP and we extract it for you. Custom JARs and server.jar overrides work the same way. A direct CurseForge / Modrinth URL installer is on the roadmap.

Yes. You grant a sub-user any combination of fine-grained permissions — use the console, start/stop/restart, view/create/restore/delete backups, read/edit files. Permissions are enforced server-side.
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-activate. After 30 days it is permanently deleted. A full export is one click from the dashboard at any time.
Every Rebirth account has a unique invite link in /account/invites. Share it; when someone signs up through your link and keeps their server past the 14-day refund window, you earn points.
500 points per friend, once per friend. The points appear in your account 14 days after their first payment — the same window during which they could have asked for a refund.
Apply them at checkout to reduce the first charge on any new server. Each point is worth €0.01. You can cover part of the bill or almost all of it — there is a small €0.50 minimum charge so we can run the card.
No. Points are an in-store thank-you, not money — they buy Rebirth services and nothing else. They never expire.
Not at the moment. Pick whichever saves you more on a single order; both apply only to the first charge.
Yes — up to 10. Useful if you want separate links for, say, YouTube vs Discord. Each link has its own signups and award counters in /account/invites.
Refunds inside the 14-day window cancel the earning event before it ever fires, so your balance doesn't change. After 14 days, the points are yours regardless.
