Where are servers hosted? +
In the European Union. Specific regions are listed on the dashboard at provision time; we add regions over time as demand makes them worthwhile.
How fast is provisioning? +
After checkout your server is provisioned automatically. Connection details show on your dashboard as soon as it is live, and we send them by email too.
Can I resize CPU, RAM, or disk later? +
Yes — resize live from the dashboard. Most resizes complete during a brief restart, and subscription plans pro-rate the difference automatically.
How are backups handled? +
Daily snapshots are kept and restorable from the dashboard. Per-tier retention is shown on this pack page.
What happens to my data if I cancel? +
Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation so you can re-activate. After 30 days it is permanently deleted, and a full export is one click from the dashboard at any time.
Do you provide DDoS protection? +
Yes — always-on network-level DDoS protection is included on every plan.
