Netlonics hosts game servers in the EU. We aim for a small, well-run platform with sensible defaults, not the biggest catalogue or the cheapest line item.
We've spent enough time on bad hosts to know exactly what we want to avoid.
Support is the people who actually run the platform. A chat assistant handles the common stuff; an engineer takes over when it doesn't.
In-browser console, sub-users, on-demand backups, basic tooling is in every plan. We don't gate the obvious things behind upgrades.
We're small. We say so. We grow when it makes sense, not because a deck says we should.
Netlonics is an independent, self-funded EU game-hosting service, built and operated by a single developer, not a reseller, not VC-backed.
It started in 2026 out of frustration with hosts that bury the basics behind upsells and answer support tickets with copy-paste. Netlonics is run hands-on by the person who builds it: the same developer writes the provisioning code, picks the hardware, and reads the tickets.
Being one person is the point, not a caveat. Decisions are fast, the platform stays small and well-run, and nobody is incentivised to sell you a bigger plan than you need. When the work needs more hands, it grows deliberately.
The operating company, registration and contact details are on our imprint.
We pick partners the way we pick hardware: by what they do for our customers.
Modpack installer pulls direct from CurseForge.
Alternative open modpack distribution. Same direct-install hook.
We default Minecraft installs to Paper.
European-friendly payments. iDEAL, SEPA, cards, Bancontact, and more.
Failed jobs and API timeouts get surfaced to engineers.
